Dear reviewers, I am a BBC TV license payer and do not have digital. I find the level of advertising of digital services on the non-digital channels irritating, especially the advertising of the childrens channel. The effect of this is to create "pester power" amongst viewing children. Once one could allow children to watch BBC without their impressionable minds being targeted by the cynical child-targetted advertising of ITV. This is no longer the case, and is a very disappointing state of affairs. Dr. Jonathan Ellis
