I live next to Canary Wharf in London and myself and thousands of my neighbours in the east end CANNOT GET digital TV.

This has nothing to do with quality or desire but is everything to do with the fact that the East End property owners will not provide the mechanics of digital reception that costs them any money. Tower Hamlets as our landlord does not seem to intent to upgrade our reception methods.

We (my neighbours) have been in touch with our MP, Jim Fitzpatrick, regarding the reception of digital and, to date, he seems to be indicating that, with the advent of the cessation of analogue TV,  a large part of the east end TV viewers will be without TV of any sort.

I would like to have an opinion on the quality of digital TV but I think that I would like to get the horse in place before the cart.
