I am sick fed up of adverts for programmes on BBC3 ITV2 Radio5 live et al when these are not available in this area and unlikely to be for some long time! I do not live in a remote community, I live in the centre of our community but London is remote. We pay the same licence fee as others but many programmes are not available to us - even some that we had have been transferred. This is iniquitous. Unless and until we can all access digital services then cessation of normal programming should not be allowed - or a scaled down fee should be payable if the boffins cannot deliver a proper signal country-wide. CW Campbell Argyll (yes - it is in Scotland...........your announcers don't tell us that Devon is in England!!)
