Dear Sirs,

I consider the BBC digital services a valuable part of public service broadcasting.

I think it is particularly important to take full advantage of the opportunities broadband internet offers especially for in depth follow up to factual programmes and news items.

I do not agree that Sky and others should get part of the BBC's funding for public service broadcasting. i do think it proper though for the commercial sector to help make programmes for the BBC.

Radio is a great success for speech and sport. I think though that the BBC has never satisfactorily catered for serious popular and rock music lovers. A Radio Six with national radio coverage might do this better.
