Dear Sir 
   I am extremely keen to take up the chance to go "Digital" and bought a Freeview box 18 months ago only to discover that I cannot receive the signal in my area ( Harlow, Essex).
   I still cannot receive the signal amd I cannot even find an explanation as to why this should be so. The Freeview website will also NOT give me any idea when my area will be covered. This is extremely frustating when I see programmes that I would definitely want to watch advertised on BBC3 and BBC4.
   Do you have any idea when my area will be included in the digital revolution.
