Could you please tell me who is in charge of maintaining the transmission stations from which we receive our television signal, for which we pay an excessive, Broadcasting Reception Licence fee? From what I under stand the BBC gets the money to pay over the top wages to so called stars to lure them from other channels to increase there ratings, they are also spending it on digital services, under the deception of increasing choice which is a lie because most of the programs which are made for BBC 3, are shown on BBC 1or 2 as well, BBC news 24, has become a cheap way of filling time when a crises accurse, BBC Parliament & BBC Four are a waste of time only there to massage the egos of government and to let people that they are cultured, in fact from what I?ve seen or read their are better programs on Channel 4 & BBC 2. As for digital radio don?t you think sorting out the ratings and content and quality of their existing stations would be a better use of recourses? Getting back to signal reception before we need to receive digital (of which I can not), don?t you think we should be able to receive Channel 5 first (of which I can not ether)?
