The publication is the first official overview guide to e-business within the Ministry of Defence (MOD). It is designed to explain the various applications and techniques that are used or could be used in commercial relationships between the MOD and its industrial partners. Each chapter within the publication outlines these in straightforward language, explaining their commercial significance and providing pointers to further information and contact points.

e-Business: Understanding the Commercial Issues. The content of this guide was explored in the Defence e-Business: Understanding the Commercial Issues conference in May 2003. Slides from the conference are available here.
