Ordering out of print reports

Reports which are more than five years old will be out of print and can be obtained from:

If you have no account, pre-payment is required. Standard orders take 2 to 3 weeks, but for an additional charge there is an urgent action service available.

Report identification numbers

CC reports published since the Enterprise Act 2004 have an International Standard Book Number (ISBN). Most reports prior to 2004 have command numbers (e.g. Cm 5495) or, in the case of older reports, House of Commons paper numbers (e.g. HC 512, 1975-76). These numbers can be used as an identifier when ordering publications from TSO. Reports produced by other regulators either have an ISBN (e.g. ISBN 0115154361) or , in the case of older CAA reports, have a CAA series number (e.g. MMC1)

To request a hard copy of any other Competition Commission publication, contact info@cc.gsi.gov.uk with your request. There is a charge where we supply hard copies on request. The charges will be at cost and payment is required before delivery. However, costs may be waived at our discretion and normally will be in the case of one or two page documents.
