Phillip Evans

Phillip Evans worked at the Consumers’ Association (‘Which?’) until October 2005. During that time, he was involved in preliminary discussions relating to a consumer claim, brought by Which? against JJB in March 2007, but he had no further involvement in this claim, after he had left Which?.

Mr Evans believes that the matter disclosed above in relation to him will not affect his ability to act impartially and independently as member of the Group, and the CC is satisfied that this matter will not affect Mr Evans’ ability to act independently or impartially in discharging the CC’s functions in this inquiry.
