BAA Airports inquiry
Following the order of the Competition Appeal Tribunal of 25 February 2010 in BAA v Competition Commission and the dissolution of the original BAA inquiry group the following members of the Commission constitute the group appointed for the time being for dealing with this case:

Peter Freeman CBE, QC term of appointment as CC Chairman ended on 5 May 2011, however he will continue as Chairman of the BAA Group until publication of the final consideration of possible material changes in circumstances.
