Staff Interests:
Clare Potter, Chief Legal Adviser, was a partner in Simmons & Simmons
until 30 September 2004. Simmons & Simmons acted for
clients with interests in the waste management sector but
Clare had no personal involvement with any clients in this
sector.
The CC does not believe that the matter disclosed above
in relation to Ms Potter affects her ability to act impartially
and independently in advising the Group.
