Domestic bulk liquefied petroleum gas
Cathryn Scott, one of the Legal Advisers to the group conducting this
inquiry, worked as an associate at Linklaters between 2000 and 2003.
Linklaters advises BP, one of the main parties to this inquiry. However,
Dr Scott never gave advice to BP while she was at Linklaters.
The Commission is satisfied that the impartiality of the inquiry will
not be affected by the above.
Dr Scott is no longer employed at the CC.
