Kodak/ColourCare merger inquiry

Disclosure of interest

The Chairman is minded to appoint Timothy Richmond to the group of CC members who will conduct the Kodak/Colourcare merger inquiry.

Mr Richmond is a chartered accountant based in Nottingham. He has been involved in a number of charities, such as the NSPCC and the Southwell Cathedral Appeal, which Boots have occasionally been invited to give a donation or to sponsor. He is also a member of the East Midlands Reserve Forces Employers Liaison Committee. Through his firm, GTN Associates Limited, he is also involved in projects from time to time when Boots, amongst others, could be asked to consider providing sponsorship.

I am satisfied that Mr Richmond will act in a completely impartial manner. However, if you have any objection to his appointment, please let me know immediately.
