Telephone calls

The Public Enquiries Unit is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

Letter and emails

Under the Freedom of Information Act, the CC is required to respond to your requests for information within 20 working days following the date on which your request was received. For guidance on how to make requests see Freedom of Information Act

Our target time for responding to other information requests is 15 working days and we aim to respond to 95% within five working days.  

Quality of service

We will treat everyone fairly, with respect and courtesy, and without discrimination.

Where we are not able to help with your query, we will do our best to suggest other courses of action that might assist you.
