EU Procurement Directives Statistical Returns

Communities and Local Government is required to collect information from public authorities for each contract awarded in a calendar year where the actual or estimated value is above the threshold of the EU Regulations for the given year. This is a legal requirement, not a matter for discretion.

This information is collected and forwarded to the European Commission via the Office of Government Commerce (OGC).

The following pages provide guidance for local authorities (issued annually) on submitting their returns.
