Survey of the Senior Civil Service 2006

All Senior Civil Servants (SCS) have been surveyed on their views on leadership, working in the SCS and what improvements can be made. The recent results were obtained from the survey in November 2006. A previous survey took place in November 2004.

The survey is run by the Cabinet Office as part of its Public Service Agreement to improve perceptions of leadership and skills. It is a census of all 4,000 SCS members.
