Civil Service Live 2009

In April 2008 the Civil Service came together for the first ever Civil Service Live event in London. Over three days, nearly 6,000 Civil Servants from right across the country and at every level had the opportunity to find out about innovation, share achievements, learn from each other and build new relationships. Building on this success we are now planning two further events, one at The Sage Centre in Gateshead on 9 March 2009 and another at London Olympia on 7-9 July 2009.

Civil Service Live 2009 will offer us an opportunity to showcase ‘innovation in action’ and show how together we are transforming the Civil Service so we can deliver excellent public services.

Civil Service Live is aimed at all civil servants at all levels, wherever they are based. The event will showcase the very best of what we do and gives civil servants a real opportunity to break through departmental boundaries and meet colleagues from right across government and share best practice.
