Grassroots Grants endowment match challenge

If you donate to Grassroots Grants in your local area, the government will match your donation. This will be invested as an endowment to enable your local community to grow, over the years to come.

The power to make lasting change

The government has pledged £50m to match both individual and business donations.

Your donation, together with match funding and eligible gift aid and/or tax relief, will be invested as an endowment. The returns will be used to provide grant funding to local community groups in your area now and into the future.

Since the capital endowment is never touched, over time a fund can give out more than the original capital sum.

To donate, click on the map above to find your nearest local funder or type your postcode under the Endowment Postcode Search.
