The Cabinet Office has worked with the TUC to develop a Toolkit [External website] to improve services through the effective engagement of the trade unions and the workforce.
The Civil Service is undertaking a programme, to develop a cross-government approach to employee engagement. A series of Fact Sheets [External website] about employee engagement have been produced, aiming to promote a clear, consistent understanding of the concept and principles of employee engagement.
The IDeA works for local government improvement so councils can serve people and places better. IDeA and The Work Foundation have developed a web resource [External website] aiming to help anyone planning, implementing or reviewing a programme of action to improve employee engagement in their organisation.
