The deadline for submitting applications for the Assistant Directors and Policy Managers vacancies has now closed (12 August 2009).
If you have submitted an application you can expect to be notified if you have been successful or not week commencing 24 August.
If you are sucessful at the application stage, you will be asked to complete a short written exercise and submit it 48 hours in advance of the interview. You will receive more information on this when you are notified of your interview date. Interviews will take place between 1 and 11 September.
Assessments at application and interview stage will be on the basis of the core competence framework. See the competences section for more details.
If you are successful at interview, you will either be invited to take up an existing vacancy or, be invited to join a pool of reserve candidates. If any suitable vacancies arise in the following six months, you may be contacted about them.
