Office of the Third Sector recruitment

Applications are now closed (from Monday 23 April 2007). Those applicants who best demonstrate the competences and skills required for the roles will be invited to interview from week commencing 14 May 2007.

We are looking for a number of outstanding individuals to join the Office of the Third Sector and take forward new work. You will be working closely with our partners across the third sector, ministers and regional and local government. Importantly you will also play a central role in raising the profile and understanding of the role of the third sector.

If you have exceptional management, communications and partnership working skills together with experience in a number of areas, including strategy and communications, social enterprise, the community sector, the voluntary sector and local and central government, then we would like to hear from you.

These posts are offered on a permanent basis although a secondment from your existing employer may also be considered.

We are looking to fill:

Each of the five teams that make up the Office of the Third Sector have vacant positions, although the exact number and roles available has not been finalised.

Applicants for the Policy Manager and Policy Officer vacancies who are successful at interview will be placed in a pool and matched to one of the roles according to their skills, experience and knowledge base. You can expand on this in your appliciation form.
