The Contract Notice and details on how to express an interest in tendering for Phase 2 of the National Programme for Third Sector Commissioning have been advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
The National Programme for Third Sector Commissioners aims to improve commissioners’ understanding of the potential of the third sector in designing, delivering and improving public services.
The new contract will run from June 2009 until the end of March 2011. It is part of the Government's commitment to ensuring that public sector commissioners, at every level of Government, understand the benefits of involving third sector in the design and delivery of public services, particularly during these difficult economic times.
