The Office of the Third Sector is seeking to commission feasibility and development work to recommend indicators and measures of a thriving local third sector, and of the quality of funding relationships and consultation between the sector and local statutory bodies.
The work will address both the choice of suitable indicators and measures, and the proposed methodology for measuring these, and contain specific proposals relating to the design of a bespoke survey of third sector organisations.
The first phase of this work will explore, evaluate and recommend possible indicators, and develop suitable questions and measures. A major part of this phase will be to recommend robust methodology for a survey of third sector organisations.
