NCVO Innovation Work Programme

With funding from the Office of the Third Sector, the NCVO’s Innovation Work Programme aims to:

• Raise awareness of support available for innovation within the sector
• Provide best practice information, tools and other resources to support voluntary and community organisations wanting to innovate
• Engage Trusts and Foundations to influence sector funding for innovation for wider social benefit.

The Innovation Work Programme has two main strands:

1. Developing tools and support for innovation
2. Exploring the role played by Trusts and Foundations in supporting and developing third sector innovation

The Innovation Work Programme is run by NCVO’s Sustainable Funding Project which exists to encourage and enable third sector organisations to explore and exploit a full range of funding and finance options to develop a sustainable funding mix.
