The UK Fisheries Project: Background Papers These reports provide stakeholders interested in contributing to the debate with the evidence we used to arrive at our recommendations. These reports should better inform the discussions Defra and the other fishery departments are holding with the industry and other stakeholders. Views reported in this paper do not represent Government policy and its findings are not necessarily endorsed or agreed by Government.

Theconsultation document (pdf, 299kb) set out a series of questions on key issues facing the UK fishing industry over the next 10-15 years.
