This study took a strategic view of which public services should be delivered by electronic means and looked at the options for securing delivery of these services, including the respective roles of the public and private sectors.
The team worked closely with the E-Envoy, Central Information Technology Unit and Modernising Public Services Group in the Cabinet Office, with other government departments and with local government to make sure links are made with the Corporate IT Strategy for Government and other initiatives.
