LSE report (pdf, 218kb) Report prepared by the London School of Economics, reviewing micro-level case studies on the impact of Electronic Networks on the UK economy, and looking in particular at the importance of 'learning' in facilitating productivity improvements through electronic networks. A key factor identified by the report is the need for companies, public sector and households to know how they can use electronic networks to facilitate 'organisational change'. This presents several possible roles for Government which are explored in the report.
