Improving The Prospects Of People Living In Areas Of Multiple Deprivation In England The project was announced in December 2003.
Phase One of the project comprised an initial diagnosis of the problems faced by people living in deprived areas and clarified the different types of deprived areas
Phase Two of the project consisted of prioritising work relevant to Spending Review 2004 and outlined options to address the issues raised in Phase One
Phase Three, worked up recommendations for cross-governmental action for improving the prospects of people living in deprived areas in England
