Health care in the United StatesPeter Orszag, Director of the US Congressional Budget Office gave an overview of the role and work of the CBO, and discussed some of the health care challenges facing the US including the drivers of increased costs and spending and opportunities to improve health outcomes at any given level of spending by, for example, promoting healthier behaviour.
