RIA Template

  • If your proposal impacts solely on public services the Public Services Threshold Test will tell you whether an RIA needs to be completed. All Threshold Tests for public service RIAs should follow the structure of the Public Services Threshold Test Template. This is available in the following formats: WORD | RTF | PDF

  • If your proposal impacts on both the private sector and public services please complete the Cost Calculation Table within the Public Services Threshold Test and include this in the Costs section of the RIA. For guidance on how to complete the Cost Calculation Table and where to seek help, click here for instructions.
  • All RIAs should follow the structure of the RIA Template. This is available in the following formats:
