Making a Difference projects were about making a real difference to the work if front-line public sector staff. These projects varied in size, from extensive projects involving several departments within the five key delivery areas, to smaller and more specific projects. MaD projects delivered reports outlining specific and time-driven measures to address the areas raised by front-line staff.
