RRO Consultations

Current consultations

The Regulatory Reform Order (RRO) process is based on thorough consultation. The first step in making an RRO is wide public consultation of all interested parties. Ministers are obliged to consult those that they know will be adversely affected by their proposal, as well as relevant organisations such as the Law Commission and, in the case of proposals extending to Wales, the National Assembly.

Completed consultations
