Regulatory Reform Orders

Regulatory Reform Orders made under the Regulatory Reform Act 2001 can be found below. The Regulatory Reform Act was replaced by the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 which came in to force on 8 January 2007. Legislative Reform Orders (LROs) replace Regulatory Reform Orders (RROs).

Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Hilary Armstrong wrote to all Better Regulation Ministers on 26 July 2006 regarding the transition from RROs under the Regulatory Reform Act, 2001 to orders under the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill
