Consultancy projects are similar in approach to MaD projects, but smaller in scale and focussed more tightly on a specific area of public service activity. Its reports contain recommendations with potential solutions to remove or reduce the bureaucratic burdens on front‑line staff.
Consultancy projects aim to make recommendations to government departments that outline potential options aimed at reducing bureaucracy for front‑line service deliverers. We work with front‑line staff to identify options, and then liaise with government departments, agencies, outside bodies to establish ways forward.
