'Internal Consultancy (IC)' Projects

Our key aim is to make recommendations to government departments that outline potential options aimed at reducing bureaucracy for front-line service deliverers.  We work with front-line staff to identify options, and then liaise with government departments, agencies, outside bodies to establish ways forward.
