The Better Regulation Executive: making regulation work for everyone
The European Commission, the European Council and the European Parliament have all significantly improved their approach to regulation, adopting many of the principles of Better Regulation. An Inter-Institutional Agreement on Better Lawmaking was signed by the Commission, European Parliament and Council in December 2003, and lays the basis for improving the quality of legislation.
