Children and
Young People
In November 2001, The Children and Young People’s Unit published
Learning To Listen, which established core principles for involving
children and young people in the planning, delivery and evaluation
of policies that affect them. Eleven Government departments made
a commitment to these; nine published plans in 2002 detailing their
proposals for action.
Ten
plans and a Learning to Listen Progress Report have now been published
for 2003.
