Cabinet Office and the Contact Council have published their first modules of Channel Strategy Guidance for government. Covering channel management principles, channel shift, digital inclusion and digital engagement. We hope this guidance will help departments develop their own channel strategy by the end of March 2010 and inform ongoing work on Digital Britain.
