Embargoed copies taken to House for delivery. Ensure Vote Office has enough copies of any accompanying papers for Members. Copies of statement to be sent by e-mail to No 10, Leader’s office, Whips Offices and Speakers office.
Statement given to opposition – at least 45 minutes before the statement is to be made. The Ministerial Code sets out that 15 copies should be given to the Whips Office for this purpose.
