Public Attitudes to Public Services

To understand how effectively Government delivers public services, we need to understand the public’s priorities. We have therefore commissioned a series of public attitude surveys. The findings help Government develop policy and tailor the services it delivers directly to the public. They also help us better focus our communication of essential information about key public services both to the public and to service providers.
