Description: CON29 is a form used to ask supplementary questions for a land charges search - an important area for local authorities. This new schema has been created in part to deal with communication issues between County and District Authorities. Two earlier versions (1.1 and 2.2) were published on GovTalk last year.
Version 2.3 of the CON29 schema has been developed in reponse to the following comments from Sopra Group:
Version 2.2 of the CON29 schema makes the inclusion of the Feature element mandatory. This is incorrect. Please change Feature to allow a minimum occurrence of 0, thereby making it optional.
Version 2.2 of the CON 29 schema allows for a Standard Enquiry question numbered 3.1.1. There is no such question. Please change the schema so that it does not allow Standard Enquiry questions numbered 3.1.1. Please leave all the remaining allowed question numbers unchanged.
In addition, this version uses the BS7666 ver 1.4 architectural schema instead of version 1.3. All these changes are backward compatible
CON29 Version 2.3 was recently available for a period of consultation finishing on Friday, 25th February.
