Description: For your information a link is provided below to the National Register of Social Housing Register of Licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (ROLHMO) schema developed by the Housing Data Warehouse at the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG).
As part of its effort to evaluate the implementation and impact of the 2004 Housing Act requirements for licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation the DCLG will be collecting point data from the systems that local authorities are establishing to administer licence applications. The XML Schema has been produced to standardise the data format and local authorities are required to provide regular updates from September 2006.
