The MarketEvidence.xsd provides an electronic template for the submission of acceptable market Evidence of property rentals to the Rent Service. The schema has recently been available for consultation along with The Rent Service Electronic Fair Rent Schemas and The Rent Service EIS Schemas (Version 3.7).
