Description: These three schemas are all designed to allow the submission of online fair rent applications.The ApplicationForm.xsd provides an electronic version of the Fair Rent RR1 application form and its sub-types. The Cancellation.xsd provides an electronic version of the Fair Rent Cancellation (Vacant) and Fair Rent Cancellation (Joint) forms. The Appeal.xsd provides an electronic version of the Fair Rent Appeal form. Please note that the structure of fair rent application forms falls under the Rent Act 1977, as amended by the Housing Act 1980. The schemas have recently been available for consultation along with The Rent Service Market Evidence Schema and The Rent Service EIS Schemas (Version 3.7).
