Description: PISCES Version 1.6.1 is a single schema which describes the elements necessary to transfer the data needed to undertake various functions in the management of Commercial Property. These include the Valuation Process, Asset Management, Property Financial Accounting, Performance Measurement, Legal Services and Search Requesting. Implementation aids can be found at www.pisces.co.uk .
The PISCES Standards Development framework is now Business Process Based and sets of schema will soon be available which supercede this version. A PISCES Standard for exchanging the data required to compile a Home Information Pack (HIP) is currently being developed and will be submitted to GovTalk in due course.
