Description: This group of schemas will be used initially for the Land Registry's Data Synchronisation and Electronic Discharges project's interface requirements. It will later be expanded to include Direct Electronic Charges plus any future electronic services.
The specification comprises the interface between Land Registry and lenders, indicating the message layouts and XML schemas that must be adhered to in order to communicate with HMLR, so that data may be exchanged between the organisations to effect electronic records update.
The documentation supplied with the schemas further describes the delivery names, format and content of data contained within the business processes.
In version 3.0 some minor modifications to clarify textual information have been made. The changes have been made and agreed in partnership with the customers who use this service.
