Description: The VICTER-eis enables local authorities to submit Housing Benefit Rent Officer referrals to, and retrieve decisions from, the Valuation Office Agency. All versions of the schema from 3.7 onwards are supported but only versions 3.9 and above compy with Local Housing Allowance (LHA) regulations.
The latest version of the schema (4.0) incorporates a revised data pattern to enable the 2009 round of unitary authorities to use the interface with their LASER ID.
Version 3.9 implemented major structural changes to the schema necessitated by the regulations introducing the Local Housing Allowance.
