The CAT schema represents the complete dataset that will support the suite of three assessments known as the Cambridgeshire Assessment Tool (CAT). The CAT has been developed by Cambridgeshire County Council to support the Single Assessment Process (SAP). SAP has been defined in and is part of the National Service Framework for Older People.
