Description A clear, unambiguous, statement of the day(s) and time(s) that the customer has said that they may be contacted.
Business Format 35 characters left justified.

1. All times must be expressed in the 24 hour clock format, e.g. one minute past midnight is 00:01:00.
2. Values of any element less than 10 should be entered with a zero in the first position.

  • The names of days should be given in full (if lack of space is likely to be a problem then the first three letters of day names should be used instead of the full names). Times should be expressed in the 24 hour clock avoiding the use of AM and PM. 'from' 'to' and 'and' '&' may be used to separate two day names or two times and the word 'only' may be used to for emphasis. Examples of acceptable statements are:"Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730", "Mon, Wed & Fri 1200 1900", "Saturday 1600 to Sunday 0800 only".
