Who Should Attend:
This course is primarily intnded for emergency planning staff in local authorities, the emergency services and those in Local Resilience Fora and Regional Resilience Teams with responsibility for the evacuation and shelter capability workstream. In addition the course will be extremely useful for transport operators and the Highways Agency in addition to other agencies and groups which are identified as having a role in local evacuation and shelter plans.

To examine the development and implementation of evacuation and shelter plans.

We would normally expect participants to have completed the Introduction to Civil Protection course and also our Creating Emergency Plans course.
